Ongoing Monthly Nutrition Check Ins

    Prior completion of an Infinite Wellness Challenge or Nutrition Foundations session.

    This month-to-month plan will help you continue on your path to Infinite Wellness after completion of an initial challenge or foundations program.

    This includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 check in with a Coach to review your goals, and update your weight, body fat, and measurements.

    You will get ongoing access to a coach for food log checks, feedback and accountability help you stay on track and meet your goals.  The coach will be available by email or in the gym to answer any questions you may have and provide ongoing support in your path to Infinite Wellness.

Ongoing Monthly Nutrition with Weekly Accountability

    This month-to-month plan will help you continue on your path to Infinite Wellness after completion of an initial challenge or foundations program.

    You will get:
    30 minute session with a coach to update your goals and plan objectives to help you achieve them.
    Monthly Weigh In including Measurements and Body Fat analysis.
    15 minute check-ins each week between the Monthly 1-on-1 meeting.
    Ongoing access to a coach for food log checks, feedback and accountability help you stay on track and meet your goals.  The coach will be available by email or in the gym to answer any questions you may have and provide ongoing support in your path to Infinite Wellness.

Foundations On Ramp

  • 5 Attendance Pack

    For anyone brand new to CrossFit, our on-ramp course is the ideal way to “get in the loop” on what you need to know prior to starting regular classes. The course consists of 5 one-on-one sessions, where you will learn the foundations of CrossFit, including common movements, barbell technique and a general overview of the CrossFit community and lingo. The class is geared toward all ability levels to help you feel confident and succeed in class. 

4 60-minute personal training sessions

    4 one-on-one sessions, 60 minutes each, with one of our coaches to work on your overall fitness or a personal goal. The 4 sessions must take place within 60 days of purchase.

8 30-minute personal training sessions
